How do I use the browser extension?
Once installed, the extension automatically activates when you visit product pages on supported marketplaces like Amazon and Etsy. On Amazon product pages, you'll see a "Compatible Accessories" section displaying custom accessories from Etsy sellers. On Etsy listing pages, you'll see the original products that the accessory is compatible with.
Why don't I see accessories for a product I'm viewing?
Not all products have compatible accessories listed yet. We're a growing platform connecting Etsy creators with product buyers. If you're an Etsy seller and want to list your accessories for specific products, sign up for an account to start creating product associations.
Is my browsing data private?
Yes! The extension does NOT track your browsing history. It only activates on specific product pages where accessories are available. We collect anonymized analytics (like impression counts) to help creators understand engagement, but we never collect personal information from extension users. How do I become a seller and list my accessories?
If you're an Etsy seller (or sell on other platforms like Amazon Handmade or Shopify), create an account with your shop URL. After your account is approved, you can create product associations linking your custom accessories to the products they're compatible with. Your accessories will then be displayed to users browsing those products!
The extension isn't working. What should I do?
Try these troubleshooting steps:
- Refresh the product page
- Make sure the extension is enabled in your browser (check chrome://extensions/)
- Ensure you're on a supported marketplace (Amazon or Etsy product pages)
- Try disabling other extensions that might conflict
- Uninstall and reinstall the extension
