1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Parts for That ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Parts for That is a browser extension and web platform that connects Etsy sellers with compatible products on e-commerce platforms like Amazon. The Service allows:

• Etsy sellers to create associations between their products and compatible items on other platforms
• Shoppers to discover custom accessories while browsing product pages
• Bi-directional product discovery through our browser extension

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use the Service, you must:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your account information
• Be an active Etsy seller with a valid shop URL
• Accept these Terms of Service

3.2 Account Approval

Parts for That operates on a manual approval basis. After registration, your account will be reviewed. We reserve the right to approve or deny any account at our discretion.

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. User Responsibilities

4.1 Accurate Information

You agree to:

• Provide accurate product information and associations
• Ensure your Etsy shop URL is valid and belongs to you
• Maintain current product listings and images
• Remove associations for discontinued or out-of-stock items

4.2 Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Create associations for products you don't sell
• Impersonate another Etsy seller or shop
• Upload misleading, false, or deceptive content
• Create associations for prohibited or illegal products
• Spam or abuse the Service
• Attempt to manipulate or game the system
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Use automated tools to scrape or harvest data
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service

4.3 Content Standards

All product associations and content must:

• Be accurate and relevant
• Comply with applicable laws and regulations
• Not infringe on intellectual property rights
• Not contain offensive, harmful, or inappropriate material
• Follow Etsy's and Amazon's respective policies

5. Affiliate Disclosure

5.1 Affiliate Relationships

Parts for That participates in affiliate programs, including:

• Amazon Services LLC Associates Program
• Etsy Affiliate Program (via Rakuten/Impact Radius)

When shoppers click links through our Service, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to the shopper or seller.

5.2 No Seller Commissions

Etsy sellers do not earn commissions from Parts for That. The Service is provided as a free marketing and discovery tool. All affiliate commissions belong to Parts for That.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Service Ownership

Parts for That and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Parts for That and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 User Content License

By creating product associations, you grant Parts for That a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

• Display your Etsy product information and images
• Show associations in our browser extension and website
• Use your shop name in connection with your products

This license terminates when you delete your associations or close your account.

6.3 Third-Party Content

Product images and information from Amazon, Etsy, and other platforms remain the property of their respective owners. We display this content under fair use for informational purposes.

7. Account Suspension and Termination

7.1 Suspension

We may suspend your account if:

• You violate these Terms of Service
• We receive complaints about your associations
• Your Etsy shop is closed or suspended
• We detect suspicious or abusive activity

During suspension, your associations will not be visible to shoppers.

7.2 Termination

We may terminate your account immediately if:

• You repeatedly violate these Terms
• You engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• You impersonate others or provide false information

7.3 Your Right to Terminate

You may close your account at any time by contacting support@partsforthat.com. Upon account closure, all your associations will be removed from the Service.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, available at partsforthat.com/privacy. By using the Service, you consent to our collection and use of data as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Third-Party Services

Our Service integrates with third-party platforms including:

• Etsy
• Amazon
• Other e-commerce platforms

Your use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these third parties.

10. Disclaimers

10.1 No Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10.2 No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee that:

• Your products will receive clicks or sales
• The Service will increase your Etsy traffic
• Your associations will be shown to all shoppers
• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free

10.3 Accuracy of Information

While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that:

• Product information is current or complete
• Prices are accurate or up-to-date
• Images accurately represent products

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PARTS FOR THAT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Lost profits or revenue
• Loss of data or business opportunities
• Cost of substitute services
• Damage to reputation

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED $100.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Parts for That, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Content you submit to the Service

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Parts for That regarding the Service.

15.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

No waiver of any term shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.

15.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms at any time without notice.
